House Rules Vol. 2 turned Sunday evening at Eat Street Crossing into a pocket of Black queer joy. What started as a game night quickly became a space for real connection, with folks pulling up chairs beside people they’d just met, laughing over cards and dice, drifting between tables, and staying far longer than they planned because the energy was too good to leave. It was easy, communal, and full of the kind of bonding that reminds you why these gatherings matter.
