Culture of Color Collective is a Twin Cities–based creative company cultivating spaces where joy and belonging thrive.

We design and curate culturally rooted experiences, ranging from nightlife events to community gatherings, workshops, and creative productions, fostering inclusive spaces that honor creativity, community, and cultural integrity. Our work also includes consulting services that empower organizations to tell authentic stories and connect meaningfully with diverse audiences. Through cultural strategy consulting to narrative design and creative direction, we support partners in creating culturally mindful, community-centered programming. Across our events, innovative projects, and consulting, we build pathways for deeper cultural engagement and celebrate the stories that make our communities vibrant.

Founded in 2025, Culture of Color Collective operates at the intersection of arts, culture, and community-building. Our spaces are guided by a deep commitment to creativity, joy, accessibility, and cultural authenticity. Our work is also informed by lived experiences across the Black diaspora and LGBTQ+ communities, allowing us to design spaces and narratives that resonate broadly while remaining inclusive and accessible.
