A Podcast Produced by Culture of Color Collective
Odejuma is an intimate long-form storytelling podcast centering Black voices, lived experience, and the full complexity of Black life across the diaspora. Created and hosted by Harry Itie and produced under the Culture of Color Collective umbrella, the podcast debuted in May 2025 and has since released over 20 episodes featuring guests spanning continents, disciplines, and generations.
Guests have included Harry Waters Jr., an award-winning Twin Cities performer and community figure; James Rogers III, writer and executive producer of Showtime's The Chi; Ryan Walker-Edwards, a British actor; and Titilope Sonuga, the 9th Poet Laureate of the City of Edmonton and a 2025 DORA Award nominee.
